Today, it was the turn of South Belfast to host one of our Refugee Week events. We have been to East, West and North Belfast and all have been well attended.
This week has been busy for Belfast City of Sanctuary. We've been East, West and today, North Belfast. Tomorrow afternoon, we will complete our tour of Belfast by holding a celebration at St Malachy's Youth Centre at Lower Stanfield Street, Belfast. This is our South Belfast venue.
Today, it was the turn of West Belfast to celebrate this annual Week, and what a welcome there was from Father Martin Magill and the parish! By the end of the week, we will have visited North, South, West and East Belfast.
Belfast City of Sanctuary hosted a Cultural exchange workshop yesterday at the Belfast Central Library. We are grateful to the Library for collaborating with us and providing us with the space and some light refreshments.
