Sanctuary Cyclists with Belfast Friendship Club – Castle Espie Comber, Sunday 18th July 2021
Just about the hottest day of the year for a cycle to Castle Espie from Knock Belfast via Comber Greenway.
Not everyone reached Castle Espie, though it’s an ideal place to visit by cycle with the benefit of the Greenway and quiet country roads. This is our first season of Sanctuary Cyclists and it’s starting to attract a lot of interest among refugees and newcomers as well as our local volunteers.
We wish to promote this as a great opportunity for those wanting to explore the countryside beyond Belfast.
